Delete your account.
You can delete your Movexa account inside the app, in Settings, Delete account. If you do not have the app to hand, you can do it here: request a link to your email and confirm from there.
What is deleted immediately
- Your profile and your photos.
- Your health data: health questionnaire, clinical record, assessments, measurements and progress photos.
- Your workouts and nutrition plans.
- Your feed posts and stories.
- Your conversations with MOovi, your points and your notifications.
The gyms you belonged to are notified.
What is kept
- Payments and invoices, without your name: the law requires them to be kept for 10 years.
- Signed contracts and entry logs, also without your name.
- Any amount already owed remains, because it is owed to the gym. Automatic renewals and future SEPA direct debits stop.
Deleting your account cannot be undone.
