Club includes 1,000 members and each extra member costs €0.25: 1,200 members come to €230 + 200 × €0.25 = €280 a month.

What is not in the price, and why.

Three things go through accounts that are yours, not ours. We would rather you know before you sign up.

Certified invoicing (AT)

The InvoiceXpress account belongs to the gym, and the gym pays for it. Invoices are issued in your name with your tax number (NIF). Connecting it is free.

MB Way and Multibanco

Eupago charges a fee per transaction, directly to the gym. Movexa takes nothing from any payment.

SMS

Sent through your own Twilio account, at Twilio prices. Email and push are included, with no limit.

Before you decide.

What is left out of the trial?

Nothing. The trial has every module. At the end you pick the plan for your size, or you don’t and the account becomes read-only.

What if I go over the member limit?

We let you know at 90%. Once you go over, you change plan whenever you like. Nobody loses access or data.

Can I change plan?

Yes. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.

How much does it cost to move my data?

€0. You import from Excel or CSV. If you have more than 300 members in another system, we do the import with you on a video call.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices exclude VAT, as is usual for business software, and 23% VAT is added: Starter, for example, is €50 + VAT = €61.50 a month. If your business is a company, that VAT is deductible. Your tax number (NIF) and billing address are requested at checkout.

How do I cancel?

In Settings. No phone calls, no lock-in. Export your data first, if you want to.
